Once we’ve got the flowers back in the shop, we don’t just chuck them into a bucket and move on. Every bunch gets trimmed, sorted, and placed in clean water. We remove leaves that might rot below the waterline, and we let the flowers open naturally where they need to.
We also make sure every stem that goes into an order is clean, fresh, and still has plenty of life in it. If something’s looking off—even if it looked fine earlier—we won’t use it. That’s just how we do things.
When we make an arrangement, it’s not just about filling the vase. It’s about balance, colour, and making sure each flower is placed where it can shine. Even something simple, like a bunch of natives, still gets that same attention.
